Sweet

My husband was telling me today that at B's baseball game he noticed a pretty lady standing over by the team and then realized it was me. Then as he walked out to the field for M's game, he did his lips like a kiss for me. Awww....

Fieldtrip

I am thankful that I get to go on M's fieldtrips. I so enjoy my time with him on these trips and how excited he is to have me there and at his school. I just love him so much and I hope he always remembers these times. (he will definitely have the scrapbooks to remind him)

Hubby thanks

I am thankful for my hubby who went and picked the kids up from school today (when they cancelled due to the weather) while I was on the way to pt.

Sock Hop

The school sock hop was pretty cute. M did alot of hulla hooping. I slicked his hair back to go to it but by the end of the day it was sticking straight up! The above picture is him dancing. I love how he is midair in the picture!

Busy busy

My computer was down yesterday so here is the update on the last few days. We went to church for Easter and then came home for some down time. Our weekend was so busy with baseball Fri and Saturday on top of the Easter egg hunt at our house Saturday night, that we were happy to finally just lay around for a little bit Sunday. Then M and I went to the grocery store so B could fry some fish for dinner. Then tonight we had another ball game and the kids are finally getting to bed at 930. I am ready for bed too!

Baseball

Thankful for baseball. It makes for some great times with us as a family!

Friday

For two days I have scrapbooked, scrapbooked, scrapbooked to catch up on M's teacher scrapbook and his. I am caught up till the next 5big events we have in the next 5wks.

Aunt M in town which we always enjoy.

M and I just stuffed 116 eggs for our easter egg hunt with Ainsley, Grant and his sister tomrrow.

Meeting mom for lunch for her bday tomrrow after ball games. Which reminds me i have to go wrap her gift.

Thursday

(picture)B's Easter egg hunt at school today. I started the day out at M's Sock Hop at his school, then physical therapy, then Easter egg hunt for B, then speech for B, then back to school. Home to order pics for M's teacher scrapbook I am putting together. Then to pick up boys, off to park, pic up ordered pics. Home , dinner, scrapbooked with friend and now it is 1022. Where did day go?

Tree

I am thankful my nephew is ok today after having a tree fall on his house and come thru his ceiling in his bedroom. Nobody was hurt but they don't have insurance and it is a mess. Somehow he slept thru it!

Reading

I took this pic of B sitting on his piano teachers porch (waiting for her to get there for his lesson). We had just left the library and they had a sale where you could get all the books you wanted for $1 that would fit in a bag and we found him 5books. I thought he looked so cute sitting there while M and I sat in the car, that I zoomed in on him and took this!

Freckles

I love B's sweet little voice and his sprinkle of freckles across his nose and under his eyes.

Whenever the kids get a new freckle I tell them I have to kiss it.

Uncle Scott took this picture and it cracks me up. He was playing with his hair and got it to stand up like this. I posted it on facebook with the title "This is what happens when you play WAY too many video games " haha!

Time flies

Busy day as usual. Helped at M's school. B came with me and then went to physical therapy with me too. He was a good boy. I can't believe he will be in big boy school next year. Where does the time go? I just hope my boys always know how much I love them. Life goes too fast. On that note, time to go cuddle with them in my bed.

Scrapbooking

The boys have really gotten into scrapbooking this week. We have done it every night this week. B has only one page left in his scrapbook album. I am going to have to get them another one! Since B's bday is coming up I told him to ask for a Spiderman one like his brothers. (I saw them at BigLots for $8) Every night they have asked me to scrapbook with them. They even bought some of their own stuff with their own money this week. (they begged me) I like that we get to bond and talk and stuff during it. It is a good creative outlet !

M told me

I asked M to tell me what to write in my blog and he told me to write about him and B shooting the neighbor kids with their pop guns. (they shoot smoke)

The boys and my room

Brian had already thought I had taken over the "guest bedroom" with my "scrapbook" room but now that the kids have joined me too the last few days he is thinking WOW! But they are so cute wanting to scrapbook with me and how they are so creative and excited. But I do have to admit that there is hardly any room to walk in the "scrapbook" room now!

Glasses day

M got his glasses today. His BF just happened to be with us this afternoon when we got to go pick them up. I already feel like he's so grown up, now the glasses really make me feel it! He was really responsible with them tonight too which I hope sticks! He was really excited about getting them and he kept looking thru them (above the glasses, thru the glasses, above the glasses, thru the glasses etc) and say "woah!"

weekend in april

Busy weekend. Had Kel's shower Saturday, then family and I went to B's baseball game which they won! B hit two great hits, one into the outfield. (he was shortstop)Then dinner with the family. Today we had a makeup game which they lost but M did really good . (he was right center) He hit really good 2 times and fielded and threw in good. Kids played outside and then they scrapbooked with me. M told me he would always remember scrapbooking with me and how he'd never forget me as a grownup. (said as a kid you are really busy having fun but as a grownup he'd definitely never forget me ) haha

Thankful for my hubby who helped hang baby shower decorations tonight without complaining.

B and I were laying on the couch watching the Star Wars cartoon and he says to me , "How does she (Ahsoka) know what Chewy (Chewbacca) " is saying? (you know he growls instead of speaks) So I tell him that she understands his language. Then he says, "Do you understand what Chewy is saying?" : )

Mom's know everything when a kid is 4 , right?

I was thinking of the bumper sticker or license plate we had for my mom when we were kids, "Taxi cab driver". It suited her and now me. : )
