My thoughts at the moment-10pm on a Wed night

My house is so quiet right now.
The boys went to bed so good. My hubby is gone. Even my dog has disappeared quietly. I am looking at our pretty Christmas tree. A friend told me, if she was rich she'd have a room just to move the Christmas tree into with all the decorations so every year she could just pull it back out without doing all the work. Sounds good, but now I am thinking , that is part of the fun isnt it? I think we get too busy trying to get stuff done that we forget to enjoy it. I know I do. And for 2010 I am going to "work" on enjoying it all. And sometimes like right now, i am going to just enjoy the scenery.

Wow, Christmas time is so busy. Life in general is busy. We just have to remind ourselves of what is important. I need to be reminded of that too. Life gets so crazy busy that we forget to enjoy the ride. May I always remember to enjoy the ride with God's help (and you reminding me!)
